What’s included in our Wedding Package
You’ll have exclusive use of our downstairs spaces, giving you plenty of room to celebrate, set up, and truly make the day your own:
- Use of the main hall
- Outdoor courtyard and patio
- To keep the space feeling truly private, we block out the meeting room and classroom (not for use), so the entire downstairs stays exclusive to your wedding with no other groups coming and going1
- Access from 4pm the day before your wedding for easy, stress-free setup
- Exclusive use on the day from 7am until midnight
- All venue furniture included: round tables, chairs, raised stage, podium, and rectangular trestle tables
- Full use of our AV system (video + audio), including indoor/outdoor sound, microphones, and Bluetooth connectivity
- Cleaning fee included
- All prices exclude GST
Catering flexibility
Catering is self-supplied, which means you can choose what suits your style and budget. Most groups either use our catering kitchen or bring in food trucks—it’s a great way to keep things relaxed and personal.
Bar Service
As the surf club is a licensed venue under a Club alcohol license, a special license and bar staff will be required to serve alcohol

- Please note that lifeguard activities may take place throughout the year in the main gear shed and the Upstairs Lounge. We can provide exclusive use of the main downstairs areas of the club, including the courtyard and patio. Lifeguards can access the Upstairs Lounge via the rear exterior stairs to avoid intruding on your event ↩︎
- This also includes access to the accommodation bathrooms (Upstairs) with showers and toilets, these are not open to the public but maybe used by lifeguards staying in the accommodation or using the upstairs lounge. ↩︎
