- Deposits required to secure bookings vary depending on booking type
- The facility operates an active lifeguard service. Lifeguards may be carrying out duties in areas outside your booked space, most commonly the Gear Shed and the Upstairs Lounge

- All functions of 100 guests or more when alcohol is consumed are required to arrange for professional security provision

- Check-out is 10:00am.
- Check-in is generally from 2:00pm. Earlier check-in may be possible when your booking includes another space (e.g., the main hall or a classroom) and there are no scheduling conflicts. Please ask — we’re happy to discuss options and will do our best to accommodate.
- Accommodation rates are per bunk. If you reserve an entire bunkroom but don’t use all bunks, a single-user (exclusive room) premium will apply.
- Access to the upstairs Surf Lounge is included with accommodation (kitchen / lounge / bathrooms). Please note this space may be shared with lifeguards and/or other guests unless you have booked exclusive use.
