Located just 45 minutes from Auckland CBD and set within Muriwai Regional Park, it’s an easy escape from the city with a very different atmosphere for teams, clients and guests.

A venue for all kinds of corporate events
Our spaces can suit everything from formal presentations and client events through to relaxed team gatherings and social occasions. We regularly see the venue used for product launches, workshops, staff training, planning days, seminars, end-of-year functions, Christmas parties, networking evenings, company celebrations and multi-day events with overnight accommodation.
Whether you’re hosting a focused daytime session or a larger social event, the club offers flexible spaces that can be used individually or together depending on the size and style of your event.
Flexible spaces with everything you need
The Main Hall is ideal for larger corporate events, with capacity for seated functions, presentations and evening events. It opens onto a sheltered courtyard and front patio, making it easy to move between formal sessions and more relaxed social time.
For smaller sessions, breakouts or planning meetings, the club also offers meeting and classroom-style spaces, as well as the Upstairs Lounge for more informal gatherings, leadership sessions or premium hosting.
Across the venue, guests have access to high-speed fibre internet, modern amenities, flexible event spaces, and a site-wide audio system with microphones to support presentations, speeches and larger functions.

Catering, celebrations and overnight stays
Catering is self-catered, allowing you to tailor food service to suit the style and scale of your event. We can provide bar service, and the club offers flexible kitchen options to support everything from simple daytime catering through to larger fully catered functions. The Upstairs Lounge has its own full self-catering kitchen, while downstairs a large commercial-style catering kitchen is available for larger events and professional catering requirements.
For multi-day retreats, training programmes or events with out-of-town guests, accommodation is available on the upper level of the clubhouse. With six bunk rooms and a total of 40 beds, the venue is well suited to overnight corporate stays.
Year-round events and exclusive-use options
We can accommodate corporate events year round. Outside the busy summer months of December to March, we may also be able to offer exclusive use of the entire clubhouse by arrangement, including the upstairs lounge and accommodation.
This excludes the gear shed and other lifeguard operational areas, which are separate from the main clubhouse.
